JOG Promociones y Construcciones is a family business with over 40 years of experience, specializing in the development and construction of custom properties on the Costa Blanca.
Our experience and dedication help us to achieve a unique construction approach. We take care of the details of each villa in a personalised way and choose the best materials and finishes so that quality, design and comfort are present in all our Villas.
We are located in Teulada-Moraira and specialize in building in the Costa Blanca area, a unique location facing the Mediterranean Sea which offers 320 days of sunshine a year, fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the beach and the mountains.
Our properties are surrounded by nature with sea and mountain views and close to recreational areas, supermarkets and marinas.

We are simple and approachable, and we like to gain the trust of our clients with personalized and totally transparent attention.
We take care of all the details together, with our dedicated and professional team (architects, quantity surveyor, decorator and interior designer) that will help you throughout the project: listening to your ideas, choosing the best materials and adapting to the space and budget.
