In December 2023, our beautiful home in Moraira was completed by JOG, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the start, it was an exciting process, as we purchased the land ourselves and then worked with JOG and their architect to design our dream home.
Jorge and Carolina from JOG guided us wonderfully throughout the entire project. They were always friendly, professional, and reliable in their communication. Of course, the significant price increases during construction posed a challenge, but we managed to find a fair and reasonable solution together.
The final result is exactly what we had hoped for – a stunning home that meets all our expectations. Even after completion, Jorge and Carolina remain highly accessible for any minor modifications or repairs, which we greatly appreciate.
If you are considering building with JOG, we can highly recommend them. Our home can even be viewed by appointment through JOG as an example of their craftsmanship. We wish future JOG clients the best of luck with their construction projects!

In december 2023 werd onze prachtige woning in Moraira opgeleverd door JOG, en we kunnen niet gelukkiger zijn met het resultaat. Vanaf het begin was het een spannend proces, aangezien we zelf de grond kochten en vervolgens samen met JOG en hun architect het ontwerp hebben uitgewerkt.
Jorge en Carolina van JOG hebben ons gedurende het hele traject geweldig begeleid. Ze waren altijd vriendelijk, professioneel en betrouwbaar in de samenwerking. Natuurlijk bracht de enorme prijsstijging tijdens de bouw een uitdaging met zich mee, maar ook dat hebben we samen op een nette en eerlijke manier opgelost.
Het eindresultaat is precies zoals we hadden gehoopt – een prachtige woning die aan al onze wensen voldoet. Zelfs na de oplevering blijven Jorge en Carolina uitstekend bereikbaar voor kleine aanpassingen of reparaties, wat we enorm waarderen.

We visited Moraria from the United States a couple of years ago and our real estate agent connected us with JOG when we decided building a brand new house for our family. It is not easy to trust a construction company when one lives so far away, but Jorge and Carolina have earned our trust over the last few months. Our house is almost finished and we couldn't have been happier with the experience, their help along the way with the selection of materials and upgrades, the frequent update with photos and videos of the progress, quick response to our emails, availability for video calls, and execution with the highest construction quality. We started the construction of our new house in Calpe in mid-June 2024, we have had very good experiences with JOG, a clear planning timeline has been set out when the house should be ready, we receive weekly updates and photos of the work, communication is very good and as currently planned, our house will be ready in mid-July 2025.
Jog is known for its high level of finish, we have seen this in other projects by this contractor.
