Description

Modern Villa built 10 minutes at the foot of Moraira.

Thanks to the straight lines of the design and some materials used such as oak, marble and granite we have created a fresh and elegant home.

The property consists of four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a toilet, open kitchen and a living room in two floors (plus a basement). The light colors of the walls together with the great windows provide a lot of luminosity and amplitude to the house. We have also built a black and glass granite ladder that joins the different plants. This, combined with the white of the room, manages to get our attention and contribute personality to the house. The kitchen, made of wood and with a large island in the center, is perfect to enjoy family moments and create beautiful memories around it.
